The congress confirmed that Tengsen Rubber Tire (Weihai) Co., Ltd. was the newly elected chairman unit of the 10th Council of the Bicycle Tire Branch of the China Rubber Industry Association, and Ma Guangming, General Manager of Tengsen Rubber Tire (Weihai) Co., Ltd., was elected as the newly elected chairman of the 10th Council of the Bicycle Tire Branch of the China Rubber Industry Association.

In 2025, my country's bicycle tire industry, by fully capitalizing on the recovery and upgrading of the domestic two-wheeled vehicle market structure and the continued positive development of international two-wheeled vehicle tire market demand, vigorously promoted industrial transformation and continuously optimized the dual-circulation development pattern. The industry's overall economic operation maintained a steady and positive development trend. Statistics from the Bicycle Tire Branch of the China Rubber Industry Association show that from January to November 2025, key member enterprises saw a cumulative increase of 12% in total industrial output value, 13% in main business revenue, 16% in export delivery value, and 18% in profits.

03 my country's motorcycle tire exports and imports both hit record highs.

According to customs statistics, from January to November 2025, my country's exports of motorcycle outer tires and inner tires totaled 75 million and 260 million units respectively. Outer tire exports have already exceeded the total export volume of 71 million units in 2024, and it is predicted that the total export volume of motorcycle outer tires and inner tires for the whole year will exceed 80 million and 270 million units respectively, setting new historical records. From January to November 2025, my country imported 1.44 million motorcycle outer tires, exceeding the total import volume of 993,000 units in 2024, and it is predicted that the total import volume of motorcycle outer tires for the whole year will exceed 1.5 million units, setting a new historical record.

04 The First National Motorcycle and Bicycle Tire Industry Innovation and Development Forum was successfully held, contributing to the high-quality development of the industry.

From June 10th to 12th, 2025, the Bicycle Tire Branch of the China Rubber Industry Association held the first National Motorcycle and Bicycle Tire Industry Innovation and Development Forum in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with the theme of "Innovation-Driven, Green Development." Nearly 100 representatives from the motorcycle and bicycle tire manufacturing industry and related upstream industries attended the forum. The holding of this first industry innovation and development forum will play a positive and important role in further strengthening exchanges and cooperation across the industry chain and accelerating the formation of new high-quality productivity in the industry.

The 15th Five-Year Plan Development Guidelines for the Bicycle Tire Industry were officially released.

The "Guiding Outline for the Development Plan of the Bicycle Tire Industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period," which embodies the wisdom and consensus of the industry, was officially released on October 20, 2025, as part of the "Guiding Outline for the Development Plan of China's Rubber Industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period." The release of this outline will provide forward-looking, directional, and strategic guidance for the industry's development in the coming period.

The group standard for energy consumption limits per unit product in the bicycle tire industry was officially released and implemented.

The association standard "Energy Consumption Limits per Unit Product in the Bicycle Tire Industry," with Shandong Jiluer Tire Co., Ltd. as the lead drafting unit, has completed the standard drafting, public consultation, technical pre-review meeting, expert review meeting, and public announcement procedures through the joint efforts of the standard drafting units and experts. It was released by the China Rubber Industry Association on September 12, 2025. The standard will take effect on December 1, 2025.

07 The first leading enterprise whose main products include two-wheeled vehicle tires successfully went public.

On June 5, 2025, Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in my country's tire industry, was officially listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company in my country whose main products cover motorcycle tires, bicycle tires and electric bicycle tires.

08 Leading companies in the industry are accelerating their move towards the high end of the industry chain.

Tengsen Rubber Tire (Weihai) Co., Ltd.'s project to produce 12 million sets of high-performance green motorcycle radial tires annually has basically completed several infrastructure construction projects, including intelligent production workshops, R&D centers, and testing centers. It is expected to be initially completed and put into operation in early 2026, becoming a benchmark for motorcycle tire manufacturing technology in China. Hebei Wanda Tire Co., Ltd. held a ceremony on November 27, 2025, to mark the production of its first high-end radial motorcycle tire. The company's motorcycle radial tire project has an annual production capacity of 5 million sets, and the project took only eight months from start to completion. Sichuan Yuanxing Rubber Co., Ltd.'s 110 million yuan investment in a technical upgrade project for a 30 million-unit-per-year radial tire production line officially commenced in September 2025. After completion, the project will increase the annual production capacity of motorcycle, electric vehicle, and small-diameter tires from 75 million to 105 million, with a total tire production capacity of 148 million. The technological upgrading project application of Jiangsu Donghao New Material Technology Co., Ltd., which includes 500,000 sets of engineering machinery tires, 1.8 million sets of industrial special tires, and 200,000 agricultural radial tires, has been officially approved.
